Selling is a Good Deal Like Farming!
In farming, the farmer must plant the seed. He knows that
he must sow before he can reap. The farmer and the salesman
are alike. The farmer plants seeds. The salesman plants
ideas.
An online business is no different. Your ideas, like
seeds, will never grow a crop unless they are planted. The
salesman (you) reaps as he sows. The more ideas you sow,
the more sales you will reap.
Therefore, in order to reap a harvest, you must sow a crop
of ideas relating to whatever it is you are selling. These
ideas must convey to your prospect the real value of the
product and the advantages that it means to your prospect
and/or their family.
Your ideas must satisfy the prospect’s sense of caution,
security and lifestyle!
In simple terms, to be successful in any venture you must
identify the neeeds of your potential prospects and then
create a “Sales Plan” around these needs, conveying the
idea that your product will satisfy their needs.
