Japan needs caregivers from other countrys for home health care
Many people from other countrys are experienced, ready and willing
to come to Japan and help out in the growing home health care market
here, where there is a great shortage of care givers
But currently it ÂĄs difficult because there is a test required
to provide this care and the test is only available to those who
can read Japanese Chinese style characters, called Kanji
Plus, in many cases, they are required to fill out complicate reports
on the patients, also in Kanji.
It seems that the government is changing the rules a little, slowly but surely,
and hopefully Japan will become more and more open for home health care
givers from other countries in the near future.
